Why Wed: Why's there so much Crack at Walmart tonite ?

I did not look for this video, as it found me

Now don't get it twisted, YES I Have Shopped At Walmart; but helltothenaw these folks were not there. the only other blogging people I know; who check out the walmart action regularly, are Angelika and Staci.
oohhhh I forgot about Don - yeah he's had a few bigboxmart posts.

Just tonite when I was on Angelikas' blog she was talking about taking something BACK to Walmart.. and Staci is always just running in there for this or that. Me, they don't have enough parking spaces at the one I used to go to; so the parking lot drama was thick.  nothing like seeing two 15 year old clunker mini vans facing off over a space that just held a toyota celica. yeah..  too much drama for me.  I like the prices but the drama,,, welll no.

So Ladies, is this your Walmart crew ?

A big ole' "whoompty whoomp" shout out to JDirty for being so down on the "realest" of the Walmart action.

One of the most memorable blog success stories of 2009 was the wildly popular People of Walmart site.

Merely cataloging the strange and terrifying fashion choices made by everyday Walmart shoppers, the site went viral in late summer and remains pretty popular. If you missed the site the first time around and don’t want to spend hours looking through the hilarious and somewhat sad pics, the video is a pretty good representation of the site’s greatest hits. Some NSFW language, and of course, some truly horrifying ensembles:

Look, I'm a label now. I'm all blushing & stuff.

LMFAO. I loved that video. I'm going to watch it again as soon as I'm through commenting. At first I didn't know what was scarier, the back boobs or the guy in the tutu, but then there was that one with the lady leaning into her truck and no underwear...that wins. Pimp daddy looks like he shops there more than me.

I would like to say in my own defense that I only shop at Walmart because I live about a mile or two from it. I go to Kroger when I can, and I would go to Target more if it wasn't 15 stinking minutes away. I actually hate going to Walmart. It's just a matter of location and laziness to drive any further sometimes.

I need to start taking a camera with me. I'm just scared it would mean making eye contact with the natives. Like wild dogs--you don't want to make eye contact unless you want to get attacked. I'll leave it up to the POW blog. Love that site! One day I swear my father and stepmother are going to show up on there. It's only a matter of time.

Staci, what I keep trying to figure out is how did that lady leaning in the trunk go out with "ole dixie" just waving in the wind like that ? and I swear i've seen bottomless lance standing in line. omg, this video.. this video right here,,

Thanks for telling us about the "People of Walmart" site. I suppose I need to get out more. For I had seen various pics here and there of people shopping in and around the store, but I had no idea that there was actually a site dedicated to such. Oh yeah, I have added it to the list for a future Sites To See. Since I haven't been out of the house in a while (let along to a Walmart), there is little danger of any of the pics being of me. Although, I think I fit the profile.

I swear to God I may never go to a Wal*Mart again! That is unless I'm looking for a prostitute or her pimp.

I had heard about a video showcasing the people of Walmart, but I never got around to taking a peek. This was hilarious. I never knew people could be so entertaining. I just wish I could throw all caution to the wind like most of them have done!!! Funny! :-)

Awwww FishHawk, you know you'd never end up on that site, and we should both be thanking GOD for that. can you imagine them in the parking lot with a camera videoing us as we try to shop with brown bags over our heads. Whooooooo HA !

Now Don, I thought you went to walmart for some of your blogging supplies ? I know for sure they have prune juice; personally speaking, I just go for the lemon essence prunes myself, who needs the juice when you can get the whole prune @;)

that guy with the flame suit on, definately looks like someone I've seen on one of these blogs. Who doesn't love the People of Walmart. Whooooo HA !

Ms.Jacqueline, you should go to the Walmart Staci and I go to.. on Ashford Dunwoody. that's the one where Kim from the Real Housewives of ATL was spotted roughhousing with Nene; behind the Walmart. Now tell me why do these heffas go to Walmart if they are NOT the People of Walmart. I bet you they are probably there now, fighting over some damn clip in hair tracks, and lee press on nails. Whoooooo HAA !

next season I'm writing Bravo to request they get them RHOA's into a walmart near us. it's sure to be one of the most watched episodes - fake heffas, meet real people.

I duuno, RE. I love shopping at WalMart for household supplies and sundries. But honestly, all I have ever seen there was old retired men greeting customers. 'Course there was that time I was in the express line and the cashier was giving decorating advice to the woman in front of me----for 10 minutes! Well, I laced her out when I got up there. She told me her customers liked her to help them. I told her she was paid to check people out quickly in an Express line and that maybe she should consider decorating as her new career. Later I thought maybe I went too far, but I never saw her there again. Anyone need a decorator?

Cher, you no doubt gave her some advice she could use. we all need to hear the truth and if she was in the wrong dept, somebody needed to let her know. how the hell she get on a register to give out decorating advice ? oooooo riiitee, this IS walmart we're talking about. ooo, carry on.

We don't have a Walmart nearby so I've only been in one once.

But clearly I'm missing out aren't I?!!

My wife drives the 30 miles occasionally to the closest one. Of course when you add up the gas money and wear and tear on the car, it might be just as cheap to shop at CVS.
