America Get Your Change Saws Ready, it's time to put these zombies to rest

The angel of murder is sweeping the floor tonite. The murder of James Byrd was paid for in texas. While at the same time the Supremes joined in their chorus of Death to Troy Anthony Davis.

It is all just too much to take in at once. We were all victimized unmercifully tonight. The flame of pain will set alight the bonfire of relief. There will be no more patience. No more marching. No more petitions.
America has set the table for justice. Dinner is going to be served from coast to coast. There won't be any seats available at the taping of justice. Georgia is even using boot leg murder drugs 2 nite. Because it is so cruel.

The time is now. Not 11:08pm on 9/21/2011.

NOW.

The air is filled with voices singing one simple refrain. WE ARE .. Yes .. WE ARE.

America welcome to the new world. The world of One out of many. WE ARE ..

YES AMERICA WE A R E

Troy Davis put to death

Georgia inmate Troy Davis was executed Wednesday night for the 1989 murder of Mark MacPhail, an off-duty Savannah police officer.
Davis died at 11:08 p.m. ET, according to a prison official. The execution was about four hours later than initially scheduled, because prison officials waited for a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Davis' request for a stay.
After 10 p.m. ET, the Supreme Court, in a brief order, rejected Davis' request. His supporters had sought to prevent the execution, saying seven of the nine witnesses against him have recanted or contradicted their testimony.
Below are the developments as they happened. Read the full story here.
[Updated at 11:50 p.m.] Jon Lewis of WSB radio, one of the execution witnesses, gave this account of the minutes before Davis' death:
After the warden read the execution order and asked whether Davis had anything to say, Davis – strapped to a gurney – lifted his head up and looked at the witness area's first row, which was where MacPhail's relatives and friends sat.
“(Davis) made a statement in which he said ... 'Despite the situation you're in, (I) was not the one who did it.' He said he was not personally responsible for what happened that night, that he did not have a gun. He said to the family that he was sorry for their loss, but also said that he did not take their son, father, brother.
"He said to them to dig deeper into this case, to find out the truth. He asked his family and friends to keep praying, to keep working, to keep the faith. And then he said to the prison staff, the ones he said 'are going to take my life,' ... ‘May God have mercy on your souls,’ and his last words to them (were), 'May God bless your souls.'"
Another witness, reporter Rhonda Cook of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper, also gave quotes from Davis. According to her, Davis said: "The incident that night was not my fault. I did not have gun."
"And that’s when he told his friends to continue the fight and 'look deeper into this case so you can really find the truth,'" Cook said.
Davis also said, according to Cook: "For those about to take my life, may God have mercy on your souls, may God bless your souls."
Davis said to the MacPhail family, according to Cook: "I did not personally kill your son, father and brother. I am innocent."
Hours earlier, Davis declined what the prison offered him as a final meal, Cook said.
[Updated at 11:12 p.m.] Davis has been executed, a prison representative has said. The time of death was 11:08 p.m. ET.
[Updated at 10:55 p.m.] Davis' execution is expected to begin between 11:05 to 11:10 p.m. ET, the Georgia Department of Corrections says.
[Updated at 10:36 p.m.] People who'd been protesting for hours across the street from the prison where Davis will be executed are chanting, "We are Troy Davis," CNN's David Mattingly reported.
[Updated at 10:21 p.m.] The U.S. Supreme Court has denied Davis' motion for a stay of execution.
Word of the Supreme Court's decision comes more than three hours after Davis was scheduled to be executed, and more than four hours after Davis' attorneys had filed the motion.
With the ruling, Georgia is expected to proceed with Davis' execution.
[Updated at 10:07 p.m.] The daylong gathering across the street from the prison by Davis' supporters has turned into a candlelight vigil, CNN's Gustavo Valdes reports. Hundreds still are waiting for a resolution. Some are praying, and some others are singing.
Listen To Troy Ask for Justice for the Victim and Himself Why Was He Ignored - Why Was Justice Not Served ? America is tired of this Classist form of just-us. today it was demonstrated around the globe and for those who missed it; don't worry, it's comming to your neighborhood soon. Trust That. The penal system has had it's unrestrained way with america for long enough. this is the death nell of the death penalty. tonight we saw Black Power at it's fullest. there was no one to deny the fact that America Is Invested. no matter games and brinksmanship the congress and president attempt to use to divert the attention of the masses; they can forget it. Americans of all classes have now seen the dark underbelly up close and we can smell it's dead cold rankness. America is ready to bury it's dead because tonight all zombies were pointed out. It was the annointed blood of the lamb which lit the firey torch that will light the path to abolishing the death penalty.

It will be done by hook or crook, but it will end - bet on that

As the Members of the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles; The Georgia Supreme Court; and the United States Supreme Court retire tonight, there is only one thing on their minds - When Will The Angel Karma Ring Their Doorbell.
For they know it won't be long. No it won't be long at all. America Welcome to Your Nightmare

America Get Your Change Saws Ready, it's time to put these zombies to rest

Mother Karma Knows Where you Are Every Moment Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles - Don't Test Her

Troy Davis clemency denied! Please keep taking action, we have 1 day to stop the execution: http://bit.ly/troyaction

Georgia intends to execute Troy Davis on September 21 despite powerful doubts about his guilt. This is a letter we received tonite regarding the actions of the board. We need to ACT NOW to Prevent The Murder of an Innocent Man.

The Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles has a moral responsibility and tonite they need to trust their hearts and hear that voice of question. There is no reason to Murder Another Innocent Man - because of doubts. Save Face by Saving a Life. Help Us to Prevent the Murder of Troy Davis at 7pm Tonite.
Dear Ankhesen,
We're deeply saddened to have to report that the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole refused to grant clemency for Troy Davis earlier today. Their decision clears the way for Troy to be executed on Wednesday at 7:00 PM. It's a major setback in our fight to save Troy, but this isn't the end of the road. There are still three things we can do that might make a difference:
1. Sign the petition demanding that the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole reconsider its decision and grant Troy clemency. It reads: "In the face of overwhelming evidence which indicates that Troy Davis may be innocent, justice demands that you immediately reconsider your decision in his case and grant Troy Davis clemency."
2. Sign the petition to Chatham County District Attorney Larry Chisolm and Judge Penny Freesemann, which reads: "With no other barriers between Troy Davis and the death chamber, we call on you to take all necessary steps to stop Troy Davis' execution."
3. Forward this email to your friends and family, and encourage them to take action.
You will automatically sign the petitions by clicking the link below: http://act.colorofchange.org/sign/keepfighting
Taking this action will automatically send your message to Chisolm and the Pardon Board, ensuring that they continue to hear the voices of Troy's supporters for as long as we can keep up the effort. To execute Troy Davis would clearly be unjust. As former Republican Representative Bob Barr wrote earlier today, "Imposing a death sentence on the skimpiest of evidence does not serve the interest of justice.
The Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles did not honor the standards of justice on which all Americans depend by granting clemency. In doing so, it will allow a man to be executed when we cannot be assured of his guilt."1 To execute Troy would go against the basic principles of the American criminal justice system.
Please join us in calling on Georgia officials to uphold the values they were sworn to protect by stopping Troy Davis' execution. http://act.colorofchange.org/sign/keepfighting Thanks and Peace, -- Rashad, James, Gabriel, William, Dani, Matt, Natasha and the rest of the ColorOfChange.org team September 21st, 2011
The GBoPaP must remember that each day that they rise and look into the mirror of life, they will see their destiny. If they shorten their lives by murdering Troy Davis, we predict that each and every one of them will see their own lives crumble shortly thereafter; at their own hands. Karma is a well disciplined teacher and she never ignores your intentions.
Georgia We Urge You to Turn Back The Decision Now or Suffer For Your Mistakes Forever.

Katt You Hold Up, Wait A Minute; Let ME Put Some Pimpin In-it

Ever Wondered what's going on with Katt Williams ?

This is Monday November 9, 2009

Comedian Katt Williams has been jailed in Georgia on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. A deputy at the jail in Coweta County, southwest of Atlanta, confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment Monday afternoon. The deputy did not have access to a police report to provide more details. Williams’ real name is Micah Williams.

This is Tuesday November 10, 2009

listen to this call from a 17 year old man who claims Katt
is holding him hostage in a house somewhere in the (504)
which is southern Louisiana - probably near New Orleans.

Katt has said that the only thing that was wrong with the
story was that he was in a House He Was Leasing; Whooo-Haaaa !!!
Co'mon Katt, if you're holdin the man cause you want to keep
him there while you are doing whatever you are doing; and he
wants to go, you are guilty of holding the man hostage.
what's so hard to understand about that ?

We Recall his problems in 2008

Ooooooo,,,The Headlines say CrazyKatt is at it again

we remember when he came to the D
and got bishslapped by a man in a pair of $5g cowboy boots.

yeah, we also remember when he went to the mental hospital
for a court ordered evaluation; after suspect behaviour
in new york and finally Sumpter, South Carolina last year.

he had to know they weren't gonna play that crazy
actin mess in the SC. they just don't roll like that.
this is speaking from personal knowlege of folks from the SC.

We're Praying that Someone who Loves Him or that someone
in his family who cares; will step in and finally help
to get Katt Back On Track. he is such a comic genius.

who can ever forget Money Mike ?

"Don't Be Sorry Hoe, Be Careful"

we must be honest, these words made us want to
slap the perm off his lil peewee head.
it's just his style of delivery that makes him so memorable.

"Hold Up, Wait A Minute; Let Me Put Some Pimpin In-it"

Check out some Recent Katt - his newest project released 10/13/09

The 132nd Death Row Exoneree: Implications for the Troy Davis Case
Now comes the case of Troy Anthony Davis, where the high court will again be presented with a strong claim of innocence.

Troy Anthony Davis was sentenced to death in Georgia in 1991 for the murder of police officer Mark Allen MacPhail- a crime for which there is no physical evidence linking him to the shooting, in which seven of nine witnesses who named him as the killer have since recanted their testimony, saying in sworn affidavits that they were coerced or pressured into implicating Davis, and for which no murder weapon has been produced.

Davis, like House and Herrera, has been fighting for years for a new trial through which to prove his innocence. Last month the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected that effort, saying that the affidavits from the witnesses who recanted were introduced "too late" in the process. In her dissenting opinion, Circuit Court Judge Rosemary Barkett wrote, "To execute Davis, in the face of a significant amount of proffered evidence that may establish his actual innocence, is unconscionable and unconstitutional."

If there is any lesson that should be learned from these cases it is that our capital punishment system has some serious flaws. Not the least of which is a sufficiently adequate process for assuring that no innocent man or women is executed. The route to safety is too obscured by technicalities.

The Troy Anthony Davis case presents another test for the system. We must be as determined as the lawyers and other advocates who worked tirelessly to save the life of Paul House to prevent the execution of Troy Anthony Davis. While it should not be true -- it is -- it will take an extraordinary effort to prevent a miscarriage of justice here.

The Paul House case is a chilling reminder of just how often the system makes mistakes.

It should strengthen our resolve in the Davis case.

(A Global Day of Action in support of Davis has been organized by Amnesty International USA for May 19th. For more information on scheduled events of that day, and what can be done to obtain clemency for Davis, visit http://www.aiusa.org./troydavis.)
