It looks like TI is headed back behind bars for his parole violation in California last month. The Judge gave him eleven months behind bars beginning November 1st. hopefully this time when he comes out we'll see no paper trail back to the courts.
What makes no sense is that this is a prescription for a medication - not an illegal or street drug. It was prescribed by a Dentist for after care following verifiable extensive dental surgery. How can you go to jail for your own prescription ? and what do they do when he goes to jail if he is supposedly addicted to the oxycodone ? does he go through some kind of rapid detox program ? or do they just put him in jail to sweat it out ? this makes little to no sense to us, from both a legal and or a medical standpoint.
According to T.I.’s legal team, a prescription of addicting oxycodone was prescribed to him after having a dental procedure which consisted of seven root canals and two extractions earlier this year, this is what allegedly helped to pushed him off the wagon.
Both T.I. and Tiny were booked at the West Hollywood sheriff's station on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and bail was set at $10,000 each. Deputy Jeff Gordon confirmed on Thursday morning (September 2) that both had posted bail around 4 a.m. PT and were due back in court on the charges on September 3. A spokesperson for T.I.'s label could not be reached for comment early Thursday morning.
Lastnite the couple were arrested for possession of Marijuana in Los Angeles. Togerther as always, They bonded out shortly after 4 am pacific time; and are now awaiting the public verdict on their arrest. No Doubt being arrested on Marijuana charges is usually a light fine in California; since they have more liberal Marijuana laws. but damn Tip and Tiny - y'all gotta fly under the radar my peeples. Tip you are already hot as a firecracker from your new movie release, and Tiny folks just love to hate on your because you're a smart pretty woman with a fine ass hubby.

According to an arrest report on the incident from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, during the course of a traffic stop involving Tip (born Clifford Harris Jr.), 29, and Cottle, 36, on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood at 10:30 p.m., "deputies smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle."
A narcotics investigation followed and both Tiny and T.I. were "found to be in possession of a controlled substance." At press time, there was no information on which drug the possession charge covered.
TMZ reported that the recently married couple were traveling in a Maybach when they were stopped by deputies.

Tip, who celebrated the #1 debut of his film "Takers" last weekend, is on federal probation following a seven-month prison term he completed in March on weapons charges. At press time, Gordon said considering T.I. was allowed to post bail on the drug charge, it did not appear that the rapper's probation from the federal charge would be impacted by Wednesday night's arrest.
