So Now he has No Passport, Or Drivers License - Yet Jermaine we see you flossing in a gated community in calabasas; rollin in a White Rolls Royce; Shopping on Rodeo Drive; and you only make $1000.00 a month income ?

Jermaine Jackson reported stuck in Africa

OUAGADOUGOU, Burkina Faso, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- Jermaine Jackson, an older brother of the late pop star Michael Jackson, is marooned in Burkina Faso because he owes back child support, TMZ.com reports.

The entertainment news Web site said Jackson's passport expired while he was overseas, and he cannot renew it. He owes $91,000 to Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza, mother of two of his sons, TMZ.com says.

A California law requires notification of the federal government when anyone owes significant back child support, and they would then be blocked from getting a new passport. Jackson presumably can get some sort of document from the U.S. Embassy in Burkina Faso that would allow him to return to the United States.

Jermaine's Child Support Plea -- I'm Broke, No Joke

Jermaine Jackson claims he can't afford to pay child support because his business is failing and his career is in the tank -- in fact, according to new legal docs, MJ's bro can barely make ends meet.

Jermaine just filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court -- obtained by TMZ -- grousing that he's expected to pay $3,000 a month in child support for sons Jaafar and Jermajesty ... even though his average monthly income for the last year has been under $1,100.

Jermaine is asking the judge to slash support payment to $215 a month.
According to the docs, Jermaine made a onetime appearance on "Big Brother" back in 2007, raking in a handsome $450,000 for his troubles -- but since then, Jermaine claims his business has floundered.

Jermaine claims his baby mama Alejandra not only earns more than him ... but she gets a free ride along with his kids at the Jackson compound, thanks to Katherine's generosity. Katherine has asked Alejandra to move her family into a nearby Jackson condo but Alejandra has refused and Katherine won't put her foot down.

Michael Jackson's estate wants court to throw brothers' baby mama out of his house

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to throw out Jermaine and Randy Jackson's baby mama and her kids from the King of Pop's residence.
Alejandra Jackson has so far refused to move out even for a paid off condo offer.
Last year, the family matriarch asked Alejandra and her kids, who are fathered by both Randy and Jermaine, to move out after deciding that she can't handle that many kids anymore. She is the legal guardian of Michael's three children – Prince, Paris and Blanket.
Katherine and Michael's estate have generously offered Alejandra a condo Michael owned in the San Fernando Valley so they wouldn't be homeless. But Alejandra reportedly wanted more.
The house is scheduled for renovation, but TMZ sources said that Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage by refusing to leave.
And so the estate has gone to court to order Alejandra and her brood – Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. – to move out on the grounds that they are not beneficiaries of Michael's will and have no claim to the property.

TMZ has learned ... Jermaine Jackson filed a police report claiming someone stole more than $150,000 in jewelry, furs, and clothes ... just one week after he went to court claiming he couldn't afford to pay child support.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jackson and his wife, Halima Rashid, claim in the report -- filed with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department -- someone took a Louis Vuitton bag containing the treasure trove from their Calabasas home back in September.
The home -- which Jermaine rents -- is in the same gated community Katherine Jackson is temporarily living in while her Encino home undergoes extensive renovation.
We're told Jermaine claimed the bag contained some ultra-expensive watches, among other pricey items. Our law enforcement sources say the case is under investigation ... but so far no suspects.

And this is the most recent update on his eviction from the Calabasas house he and wife Halima occupy. this looks like he ran off to get money from somebody and before he could get back - the foreclosure happened. Nobody could expect that their name alone would forstall a foreclosure, unless you'e Jermaine Jackson. He has demonstrated that he's not even paying attention.

Police in Los Angeles say they are investigating the reported theft of $192,000 in jewelry and luggage from former Jackson 5 boy bander Jermaine Jackson. This news comes as Jackson facing eviction from his rented estate.
After years of screaming that he’s too broke to fork over spousal or child support, Jackson filed a police report, claiming someone stole nearly $200,000 worth of his possessions, which includes jewelry, furs, and clothes from his Southern California home after returning from a vacation in mid-September.
Jackson and his wife noticed the items were missing on Sept. 18 and realized that one of the doors of their Calabasas home had been left unlocked. The police report says this mysterious home invader took a valuable Louis Vuitton bag containing some ridiculously expensive watches. But get this: Jermaine made the theft claim just one week after he said he couldn’t afford to pay child support. Jackson told the court that he can’t afford to pay ex-wife Alejandra $3,000 a month payment for support of their children Jaafar and Jermajesty. He’d like the payment reduced to $215 a month.
In spite of his supposed poverty, Jermaine and his wife Halina Rashid happen to live in a gated community, the same one his mother Katherine Jackson is temporarily located to due to renovations at The Jackson Family Compound in Encino. Jermaine and Halina won’t be shacking there for long though; the five-bedroom mansion Jermaine has been renting has been placed in foreclosure after the property owner fell into financial difficulty on the mortgage. The property will be sold off next month, according to TMZ.com. The “Castles of Sand” singer, who has lived in the house for approximately 18 months, has 60 days to vacate the property after notice of foreclosure has been given.
